Clinical Director II - Peri-Operative Services*

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) seeks an experienced Clinical Director II for Peri-Operative Services*. This leadership role is responsible for managing the overall nursing operations and clinical services within the Peri-Operative units. The Clinical Director II will provide strategic direction and operational oversight by developing, planning, organizing, and evaluating systems, services, and staff through subordinate managers and supervisors. The position ensures adherence to county, state, and federal guidelines by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and protocols while also recommending improvements to support best practices in patient care. The role is also responsible for maintaining excellence in nursing standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the preparation of survey responses, corrective action plans, and ongoing survey readiness efforts.
