Join Team AMT! Now hiring for PRN Pre-hospital RN position in the Quad Cities area! Advanced Medical Transport (AMT) is the premier provider of emergency and scheduled ambulance services in Central and Western Illinois, as well as parts of Iowa. AMT is a private, not-for-profit organization operated for community benefit. As a PHRN member of the AMT team, you will be responsible for the delivery of basic, advanced, and critical care life support as defined by the EMS System Medical Director and the Illinois Department of Public Health guidelines. Along with your partner, you will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for assistance as well as triaging all hospital to hospital and critical care transports. PRN providers are required to work two 12-hour shifts per month.

Requirements

Valid Pre-Hospital Registered Nurse (PHRN) license, issued by the State of Illinois in conjunction with local EMS office
Valid State of Illinois Registered Nurse License
Current BLS/CPR, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS certifications
Valid State Drivers License
Must be able to report for duty when emergency staffing conditions occur (at most 20 hours per week)
Willingness to successfully complete within 2 years of hire date all aspects of AMTCI's CCT program modules or comparable training
Critical care transport experience
Patient resuscitation
