About this role
The RN Cardiology Care Coordinator communicates and collaborates closely with physicians and other members of the health care team to provide consistent quality care for patients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the RN Cardiology Care Coordinator accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a care manager to plan implement and evaluate the care for patients.

- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 2 years of experience in cardiology nursing.
