- 1–2 years of healthcare marketing/sales experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years hospice experience highly preferred
- Strong familiarity with local referral partners including Hospitals, Physicians, Board & Care (B&C), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently
- Determined, collaborative, and strong work ethic
- Consistent, persistent, patient, and compassionate interpersonal approach
