Nursing Supervisor - Operating Room

Department: 37703 Alleghany Health - Surgery Room. Status: Full time. Hours Per Week: 40. Schedule: T-F, 7a-5:30p, No nights, no holidays, no weekends, no call. The Supervisor assists in providing for the clinical and administrative leadership in the care of patients in the operating rooms (OR). This includes assisting in general management of the OR to ensure the efficient processing of patients, assigning of subordinate staff, and with the forecasting of equipment and supply needs. Provides leadership to staff, collaborates throughout the organization, coordinates nursing care, promotes quality and patient safety, manages budgets and finance, ensures workplace environment and staff development.
