Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - WEEKENDS. Lake Forest Senior Living at Hot Springs Village is a skilled nursing facility, providing clinically sophisticated sub-acute care and rehabilitation, as well as comprehensive nursing care. Responsibilities include supervising nurses and aides for Long Term Care facility, assisting with med carts, working with the facility's Director of Nurses, monitoring resident care, assessing newly admitted or readmitted residents, monitoring nursing staff documentation on MARs/nurses notes/accident/incident reports/physician's orders/treatment records, liaison between nursing staff and attending physicians, and checking supplies and equipment.
