Compensation is commensurate with experience starting at $42/hr.

What You’ll Do

Provides direct patient care. Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse. Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care. Collects assessment data and performs observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s). Participates in coordination of home health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs for other disciplines to the registered nurse and/or Director of Clinical Services. Uses equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently. Participates in personal and professional growth and development.

  • 1+ Year of Nursing Experience
