Assignment Overview Shift: Days, 5x8hrs Hours: 40 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 12, 2026 Length: 6 weeks Openings: 1 American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a Home Health assignment supporting an EMR transition to HCHB PointCare, requiring at least one year of home health experience and HCHB PointCare experience.
Details Home health setting supporting transition to HCHB PointCare across multiple locations Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Training initially takes place at a Beaverton, OR location before transitioning on-site starting 11/1 Schedule includes three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site go-live and preceptor support Training weeks include in-person sessions Tuesday through Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday Clinician will not provide full-time bedside care, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation Serves as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to current travelers and staff during go-live Requirements Oregon LPN license required if applicable; license pending is acceptable Minimum 1 year of home health experience required HCHB PointCare experience required Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others Additional Information No time off requests will be accepted due to the short contract length Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools Clinicians will serve as preceptors during the go-live phase, offering real-time support to travelers and staff
