Registered Nurse position at The Arc of San Diego providing care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own home. The role involves physical and nutrition assessments, developing individual health care plans, providing case management support, oversight for clients' specialty appointments, pharmacy and medication review, psychiatrist and mental health review, and scheduling and attending coordinated client service planning meetings. Responsible for 4 residential homes throughout San Diego County.

Requirements

  • CA license as Registered Nurse
  • 6 months hands on experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Valid CA Driver's License with clean driving record
