For our client, we are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation:
$97,600 – $135,200 annually
Responsibilities
Train patients and caregivers on home hemodialysis (HHD) procedures
Manage a caseload of HHD patients, including assessments and care planning
Monitor patient treatment progress and provide on-call support
Conduct home visits to ensure patient safety and care quality
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state of practice
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Basic computer skills including MS Word and Outlook
Preferred experience in dialysis (HHD, PD, chronic, or acute)
