Department: 36122 Navicent Health Medical Center - NH Urgent Care: Zebulon. Status: Full time. Benefits Eligible: Yes. Hours Per Week: 36. Schedule Details: Nurse location varies between three Urgent Care locations. Seven days per week 8A to 8P or until last patient is treated and discharged. Three shifts per week. Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25. The Ambulatory and Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care through evidence-based practice, clinical expertise, and compassionate care delivery in an ambulatory care setting. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, advocates for patient needs, and upholds professional practice standards to promote optimal health outcomes. Major responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care; monitoring patient conditions; administering medications and treatments; maintaining EHR documentation; appropriate delegation to other RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed assistive personnel; and adhering to the ANA Code of Ethics.
