About this role

Registered Nurse (RN) – Detox & Residential at Rise & Renew Recovery in Fort Worth, TX. Registered Nurses provide safe, evidence-based care for adults receiving detoxification and residential treatment for substance use disorders. Part of an interdisciplinary team working alongside providers, therapists, and Recovery Advocates.

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Experience in detoxification, behavioral health, addiction medicine, psychiatric nursing, emergency nursing, or medical-surgical nursing (preferred)
  • Experience using CIWA-Ar and COWS assessment tools (preferred)
  • ACLS certification (preferred)
