Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Assist with mobility and transportation of patients using equipment such as Hoyer lifts.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and changes in condition.
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities and provide specialized care for those with Alzheimer's or dementia.
