RN for Medically Complex Group Home Night Shift

You'll work with a small, stable team providing hands-on care to medically complex residents in a home-like setting in Poinciana — where your clinical skills make a real difference every shift. What you'll do: Daily patient assessments and ongoing monitoring, Medication administration (oral, enteral, inhaled), Ventilator care and tracheostomy suctioning, Tube feedings and chronic disease management, Accurate documentation and timely status reporting, Coordinate and accompany residents to medical appointments, Collaborate with other RNs, MDs, and the broader care team. What you bring: Active Florida RN license, Minimum 2 years of RN experience, Pediatric, ICU, or PCU background preferred, Ventilator/tracheostomy experience a strong plus, Experience with developmentally disabled patients welcomed.
