Applies nursing process to direct patient care through assessment, analysis of collected data, development of a plan of care, and implementation and evaluation of effectiveness of nursing interventions/actions in relation to intended goal. Provides adequate information and instruction to the patient, family and significant other. Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data, identifying educational needs. Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans with the team. Administers medication. Ensures patient and staff safety.

Job Requirements
Required
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- NRP within 6 months
- ACLS within 6 months
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
