- Minimum of 12 months of RN experience
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
- Preferred: Dialysis (PD, HHD, chronic, or acute) experience
- Preferred: Patient education or teaching background
- Preferred: Case management or telehealth experience
