About this role
The Specialty Clinic LPN/RN Clinical Support Nurse is a dynamic clinical support role responsible for coordinating patient care activities while supporting efficient specialty clinic operations. This position blends clinical nursing, EHR management, referral and scheduling coordination, telephone triage, and operational workflow support to enhance patient care, improve clinic efficiency, and serve as a vital resource for providers and the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Registered Nurse program
- Current Nebraska LPN or RN license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Two or more years of ambulatory, specialty clinic, surgical, or outpatient nursing experience preferred
- Experience using Oracle Health/Cerner or comparable electronic health record preferred
- Knowledge of referral process, surgery coordination, and ambulatory clinic workflows preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- HIPAA compliance
