Penn Medicine is hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join the Anesthesiology and Critical Care team at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP) and Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC). The CRNA provides anesthesia services to patients across the enterprise, including preoperative visits, administering various types of anesthesia (inhalation, intravenous, spinal, epidural, nerve blocks), monitoring, postoperative care, and participation in cardiac resuscitation and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • Master's Degree from an approved CRNA school (Required)
  • 0-1 years accredited anesthesia school, prior experience not necessary
  • CRNA licensure (Required)
  • RN - PA licensure (Required)
  • Credentialed by OMA (Required)
  • Ability to take initiative in decision making
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions
