- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Master's Degree from an approved CRNA school (Required)
- 0-1 years accredited anesthesia school, prior experience not necessary
- CRNA licensure (Required)
- RN - PA licensure (Required)

- Ability to take initiative in decision making
