RN Supervisor FT M-F 11-7 Shift *Sign On Bonus*

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Woodlake at Tolland, a short and long-term care facility located in Tolland, Connecticut. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Provide direct patient care and supervise other nurses and caregivers as needed
Monitor and maintain accurate records and documentation
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and inventory management
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Valid CT RN license in good standing
Previous experience in a SNF setting is strongly preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Physical and mental stamina to perform job duties
