RN, HOMECARE/HOSPICE CLINICAL MANAGER, 5 STAR Operation, GET OFF THE ROAD! Part of an amazing CCRC! Pay to $125,000+ BONUS, INCREDIBLE BENEFITS! In operation for more than 50 years, this first-class Homecare VNA, part of a super successful CCRC, has an amazing staff, with a host of professional talent (PT's, OT's, RN & LPN's) have been in place for over 10 years. Here is your chance to GET OFF THE ROAD! If you're an RN with HOSPICE OR HOMECARE MANAGEMENT Manager experience, this awesome opportunity will train you in management, leadership, interviewing and more as you manage a team of at least 35 staff servicing over 150 patients. You will have a fabulous scheduler, an amazing Director to turn to. If you're an RN Case Manager or have HOSPICE and RN plus management exp. Experience with Homecare/Homebase a plus. This role as Hospice Clinical Manager will lead our hospice care team with excellence and compassion. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional end-of-life care. As the Hospice Clinical Manager, you will oversee patient care delivery, coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a supportive environment for both staff and patients. Requirements

  • RN license (Required)
  • Hospice care or homecare experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Management experience: 2 years (Required)
  • Extensive clinical experience in hospice or palliative care settings
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing nursing teams
  • Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
  • Experience with Homecare/Homebase (a plus)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, state healthcare regulations, and NCQA standards
