With three openings available for the ESY program (from July 6th to July 30th), you'll join a collaborative educational team and work in a dynamic environment. Two positions are for general nursing support, while one position will focus on providing dedicated 1:1 nursing care. Scheduling is Monday through Thursday, offering mornings and early afternoons free for recreation and exploration. Engage with diverse school practices and leadership approaches, broaden your clinical experience, and add valuable new experiences to your resume.
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, eligible for practice in Maine
Prior experience in pediatric, school, or community nursing preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
CPR/BLS certification (current)
Flexibility to work assigned schedules and adapt to changing needs
Responsibilities
Deliver nursing care to students during ESY programming
Support student health needs (general and 1:1 care assignments available)
Collaborate with educators and administrators to support student success
Provide emergency response and health education as necessary
Maintain documentation and communicate with parents/guardians as required
