We are expanding our services to include aesthetic treatments and are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN) to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. The ideal candidate is confident, polished, and personable with a warm bedside manner and a passion for delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes. You will play a key role in developing long-term patient relationships and growing a high-value client base. Key Responsibilities: Perform botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision, adhering to established protocols and safety standards. Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations to assess goals, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans. Build and nurture a loyal, high-value clientele. Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a luxury-level patient experience. Maintain strict sanitation and infection control practices in compliance with healthcare regulations. Meet individual treatment and revenue goals. Actively participate in practice marketing initiatives, including social media engagement and content creation. Manage patient records accurately using available software. Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing aesthetic maintenance. Support front desk operations by assisting with guest services, appointment scheduling and retail product demos.
