About this role
Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year, plus bonus potential. Location: Grand Junction, CO. This position is responsible for the oversight of State clinical compliance and ensuring CNS's Home Health Agency licensure remains in good status in the state.
Essential functions include implementing quality improvement changes for patient care, overseeing state licensure and compliance, delegating tasks, ensuring supervisory personnel are hired and educated, collaborating with Quality Assurance Program RN, assisting with quality initiatives, serving as the home care clinical point person for regulatory surveys, providing direct patient care, and maintaining clinical compliance percentage of 95% or above.
