Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice professional nursing in each state where patient care is supervised
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
- At least 2 years of clinical leadership experience
- At least 2 years of home health experience as a Registered Nurse
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid and current CPR Certification
- Maintain current state licensure and current liability and malpractice insurance if applicable
