- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday

We are looking for dependable nurses who can lead their hall, support staff, and ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care.
*Position Overview* The Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing nursing care on an assigned unit, supervising CNA staff, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
We use PointClickCare (PCC) for documentation and medication administration. Experience with PCC is preferred but not required.
- *Responsibilities*
- Supervise and support CNA staff
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition
- Document care in PointClickCare (PCC)
- Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with CMS and facility standards
- *Qualifications*
- Active Oklahoma LPN or RN license required
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable attendance
