Avante at Mt. Dora is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) for 12-hour shifts. The LPN or RN will provide direct nursing care to residents and perform day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with federal, state and local standards governing the facility. Full-time 7p-7a and Part-time 7a-7p shifts available. • Shift differential offered. Daily pay available.

Requirements

LPN or RN license in good standing
Must meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements
Must speak and understand English
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures
Knowledgeable of laws, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
Positive attitude toward the elderly
Background screening through AHCA Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
