Rust Medical Center is seeking a skilled Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of ED patients in a fast-paced environment and work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and make a difference in critical moments. We welcome applications from both new graduates and experienced RNs! New graduates have the opportunity to participate in our mandatory residency program, which includes monthly seminars led by the Nurse Residency Team, peer-to-peer debriefing sessions, support groups/mentoring, and rounding. The Nurse Residency Program is an added benefit designed to support your transition into practice.

Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- ACLS required
- PALS required
- Direct experience required
- RN License
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
