Your future role at a glance: Location: Tulsa, OK Facility: Ascension St. John Medical Center Department/Specialty: Cath Lab Prep and Recovery Schedule: Part-time day shift, Mondays through Fridays only, rotating 3 shifts per week, 6:00am-2:30pm How you'll make an impact in this role: In this specialized role, you serve as the critical guardian of cardiac recovery. You will manage patients coming off complex interventional procedures—such as angioplasties, stenting, or structural heart repairs—where precision and rapid assessment are vital. Lead the post-procedural recovery of cardiac and vascular patients by expertly managing hemodynamic stability and monitoring for immediate changes in heart rhythm or status. Master site-specific care and complication prevention by vigilantly monitoring arterial and venous access points, ensuring distal perfusion and preventing hematomas or bleeding. Evaluate and titrate specialized interventions by interpreting real-time data and managing cardiac-specific medications to ensure the heart transitions safely from a procedural to a recovery state.
