Requirements
- Valid RN license with current registration
- Experience in critical care settings such as ICU, emergency medicine, or trauma centers preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in hospital experience including medical-surgical units, post-acute care environments, outpatient clinics, or inpatient facilities
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and patient assessment techniques
- Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics (PICU), behavioral health patients, and those with infectious disease concerns
- Proficiency in discharge planning, medical records documentation, intake procedures, vital signs monitoring, and utilization management
- HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication skills
