Seeking a Regional Health and Wellness Director for our senior living Pacific Northwest Region serving Washington, Oregon, Montana and South Carolina. The Regional Health and Wellness Director is a Registered Nurse (RN) who provides clinical oversight, guidance, and support to the Health and Wellness Directors and teams within assigned senior living communities. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality resident care, promotes clinical excellence, and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and company standards.

Requirements
- RN license (current, unencumbered, in state(s) of practice)
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a current, unencumbered license in the state(s) of practice
- 5 to 10 years of experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care, with progressive clinical leadership experience
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to senior living and resident care
- Demonstrated expertise in clinical assessment, care planning, and medication management
- Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in PCC and electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant technology
