A premier Skilled Nursing Facility is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and promote the highest standards of resident care and employee engagement. The Director of Nursing will work closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to maintain clinical excellence and deliver outstanding outcomes for residents.

Requirements

Current RN license in good standing
Current RN license in good standing
Previous experience as a Director of Nursing in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, survey process, and clinical operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to motivate and mentor nursing staff
Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation
