Now Hiring: LPN/RN (7p–7a Nights) Troy Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). If you're looking for a supportive team, consistent scheduling, and the chance to make a meaningful difference every shift, we'd love to meet you. Position Highlights Shift: 7p–7a (Nights) Openings: LPN & RN Status: Full-time / Part-time (based on availability) Setting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care / Rehab What You'll Do Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly Complete required documentation accurately and timely Collaborate with CNAs, therapy, providers, and interdisciplinary team members Support resident comfort, dignity, and safety throughout the shift What We're Looking For Current LPN or RN license in good standing Passion for resident-centered care Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and ability to work independently on nights Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (but not required) Why Troy Rehab & Healthcare Center Team-focused environment Meaningful work with a consistent resident population Opportunities for growth and development Competitive pay (based on experience) ? Requirements

  • Current LPN or RN license in good standing
  • Long-term care/SNF experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work independently on nights
  • Entry level, under 1 year experience
  • Night shift
