River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) / Assistant Nursing Director to join our leadership team and help shape exceptional resident care. The Assistant Nursing Director provides clinical leadership, oversees day-to-day nursing operations within an assisted living community, mentors staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and supports residents with mental health and physical health needs.

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully pass a background study as required by Minnesota Department of Human Services
