Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to successfully pass a background study as required by Minnesota Department of Human Services
