Arcadia Retirement Residence Location (Health Care Center). The following shifts are available: Call-In (No Set Schedule; Minimum of two 8-hour shifts per month) Monday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm - 12:00 am, 12:00 am - 8:00 am. Responsibilities include participating in admissions, discharges, and evaluation processes; conducting nursing assessments; administering professional nursing services (IV's, oxygen therapy, catheterization, tube feedings, suctioning, dressing changes); overseeing medication administration; responding to emergency call alarms; communicating with healthcare management staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers; supervising employees in the Health Care Center; participating in quality assurance programs; ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; performing annual employee health screenings; maintaining supplies and monitoring medical equipment.
