Maxim Healthcare is hiring an RN to work with patients 1:1 in a school setting. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; providing skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders; assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition; collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from health care members and documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements

Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice
Current TB or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS card
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
