About this role
Valley View is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the health, safety, and well-being of residents within our Personal Care community. In this meaningful leadership role, you will deliver hands-on nursing support while guiding Resident Assistants and ensuring care is delivered in accordance with regulations, best practices, and our mission-driven values.

Positions Available
6:00PM - 6:30AM • 3 12-hour shift per week • Every other weekend & holiday

What You’ll Do
Provide resident services including personal care, medication support, meals, and activities
Direct the day-to-day work of Resident Assistants, offering guidance and oversight
Review resident support plans to stay informed of needs, preferences, and care requirements
Ensure compliance with Personal Care Home regulations, policies, and clinical standards
Participate in facility surveys and regulatory inspections as requested
Complete and maintain accurate clinical documentation, incident reports, and resident records
Report discrepancies related to physician orders, diet changes, or charting concerns
Support resident dignity, privacy, independence, and individuality at all times
Model and promote person-centered care and Valley View’s Mission, Vision, and Values
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Current Pennsylvania Practical Nursing License (LPN)
Knowledge of Personal Care Home regulations and guidelines
Ability to lead, guide, and support Resident Assistant team members
Strong communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English
Commitment to mission-driven, resident-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a Personal Care or Long-Term Care setting
Additional familiarity with state regulatory standards and compliance practices
