Phoenix Children's is hiring an experienced Clinical Nurse for our Outpatient Hemodialysis clinic! The clinic is open from 6 AM - 5 PM; The clinic supports 4 patients at any one time throughout the day. Nurses will provide education, and care for the patients who come multiple times a week for treatment. Incumbent must have at least 1 year of dialysis experience or 2 years RN inpatient experience or 1 year RN experience along with HD CCHT (Tech) experience to be considered. Experience with Fresenius 2008 T machines highly preferred. Call responsibilities required. On call and weekend differential do apply. Must have at least 1 year of experienced as an Hemodialysis trained RN. New Grads will not be considered. This position works in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of dialysis experience or 2 years RN inpatient experience or 1 year RN experience along with HD CCHT (Tech) experience
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Hemodialysis trained RN
  • Experience with Fresenius 2008 T machines (preferred)
  • Call responsibilities required
  • New Grads will not be considered
  • CCHT certification (HD CCHT Tech experience)
  • Inpatient experience
  • Outpatient experience
