Coordinate holistic patient journeys by aligning with various healthcare disciplines to ensure care is seamless, well-communicated, and effective. Drive patient recovery outcomes through the diligent implementation and monitoring of personalized care plans, acting as the primary advocate for the patient's clinical needs. Deliver high-quality clinical care by executing physician and nursing orders with precision, ensuring every action adheres to the highest safety and organizational standards. Champion safe transitions of care by assessing and coordinating discharge needs early, ensuring patients and their families are fully prepared for life beyond the hospital walls.

Requirements

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
