Nurse Educator - Patient Engagement Center Program. Educational-based program designed as a resource for patients living with chronic diseases that have been prescribed specific medications. Nurse Educators provide patient-focused education to assist patients to better manage their disease state and access appropriate resources. Nurse Educators interact with enrolled patients by telephone, video platforms, email, and SMS. Hybrid role: 3 days weekly in office in Raleigh area, NC, with travel <20%.

Requirements

  • Compact multi-state RN licensure required
  • Active RN nursing license in primary residency state
  • RN licensure required in North Carolina state
  • Possess or willing to begin process of obtaining a California nursing license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology
  • Fully competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and iPad technology
  • US work authorization without sponsorship
