As a part time Registered Nurse at EOSIS Gateway Recovery - Inver Grove Heights in Inver Grove Heights, MN, you'll have the unique opportunity to support individuals during one of the most vulnerable—and courageous—moments in their lives. In this role, the Registered Nurse is responsible for implementing established procedures for the provision of nursing care and delegating medical care and nursing functions to other authorized staff. The Registered Nurse may assign and supervise the performance of nursing tasks done by authorized staff and implement condition-specific protocols. In carrying out the position's requirements, confidential working relationships with leadership, clinical staff, administrative staff, and guests must be maintained. Must follow all state and federal guidelines, exercise sound judgment and discretion, demonstrate initiative, trustworthiness, cooperation, and dependability while performing assigned tasks and responsibilities. Pay: $41.00 - $45.00 / hour Shift: Part-Time, Every 3rd weekend, Day schedule. EOSIS (formerly Meridian Behavioral Health) is a leader in behavioral health care and addiction recovery services, with a network of addiction treatment centers in Minnesota.

Requirements

Knowledge of HIPAA
Knowledge of business and office practice/procedures
Knowledge of healthcare industry, especially substance abuse and mental health services
Technology proficiency with various software packages including EHR/EMR and keyboarding skills
Continuous quality improvement
Very detailed and organized
Relates effectively with public, peers, subordinates, and leadership staff
Critical thinking and problem solving
