- Licensed as a Nurse to practice in the state of employment
- Associate's degree in nursing required for RN applicants
- Work experience in substance abuse treatment industry is preferred
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- BLS Certification
