About this role

Lead the care journey by serving as the primary coordinator for all clinical disciplines, ensuring every patient receives a seamless and well-integrated experience in a high-acuity environment. Empower patient recovery by implementing and meticulously monitoring personalized care plans, acting decisively on changes in condition to ensure safety and clinical excellence. Execute clinical precision by accurately carrying out physician and nursing orders, translating complex medical plans into direct, high-quality bedside care. Bridge the transition to home by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assess and coordinate discharge needs, ensuring patients are supported long after they leave the unit.

Requirements

  • RN License credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date
  • PALS Certification preferred
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
  • 1+ years of Emergency Department specific experience
  • Weekends as needed
  • Evening shift
