Western Horizons Living Centers is seeking a dedicated RN to serve as Charge Nurse for a shift at our skilled nursing facility. This role supervises nursing activities at the nursing station each shift, ensures resident care plans are followed, and provides direct clinical oversight, medication administration, and staff supervision.
