Full-time RN position at Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation, a 104-bed skilled nursing community in Russellville, KY. Responsibilities include consulting and coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans; administering and recording prescribed medications; recording patient medical information and vital signs; monitoring specialized equipment; providing bedside care; changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs; preparing equipment and aiding physicians during examinations; responding to life-saving situations; participating in discharge planning; and recording care information concisely and accurately.

Requirements

Current RN license in the state
At least one year of RN experience in a long-term care setting is preferred
