This role provides coverage at 11 Urgent Care offices, as needed, bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collaborate across multiple teams and communities Collaborates with members of health care team to assist patients in achieving established outcomes of care Participates in direct patient care in order to meet individual and family health goals by: obtaining, documenting and reporting patient data related to established plan of care Performs therapeutic measures, under the direction of an RN or Provider, to assist in achieving established patient care outcomes.
