Registered Nurse Team Director (RN)

Hospice RN Clinical Manager/Team Director leading an interdisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, and volunteers. Ensures holistic care coordination with families, physicians, and other providers. Responsibilities include leading interdisciplinary meetings, developing patient care policies, managing staff scheduling and performance reviews, analyzing quality metrics, and participating in after-hours on-call duties. Requires RN license with minimum 3 years healthcare experience, preferably in hospice or related settings. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Leadership or management experience a major plus. Valid driver's license required.
