Job Summary Western Horizon Living Center is seeking a dedicated RN for a hybrid Infection Control and Staff Education role at our 40-bed skilled nursing facility, with flexible part-time to full-time scheduling available. Key Responsibilities • Lead the facility's Infection Prevention and Control Program, including surveillance, policy development, and outbreak response • Monitor infection control practices facility-wide (hand hygiene, PPE, isolation precautions, environmental cleaning) • Coordinate clinical education, onboarding, and competency validation for nursing staff and CNAs
