Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Medical science; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience or substantial clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in roles involving patient care and operations. Clinical license required (RN or LVN). Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Lean Six Sigma preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Outlook. Knowledgeable of Project Management principles and competencies. Proficient understanding of process improvement methodologies, Lean principles, and their application in healthcare settings. Strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
