Join an organization founded in faith passionately serving people with a purpose. Our top priority is taking care of people who take care of people. Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Per Diem/PRN Registered Nurse (RN).
Duties:
Responsible for coordination of Start of Care, Re-certification, Discharge, and Resumption of care. Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing diagnostic tests, and monitoring patient vital signs. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures. Assist with discharge planning and coordinate post-discharge care for patients. Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
Qualifications:
1. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Required 2. Effective written and verbal communication 3. Experience with policy, rules, and regulations 4. Clean background check and driving record. Pay: $50.00 per hour + mileage. Medical Specialty: Home Care. Work Location: In person.
