Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Current ACLS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Current PALS (AHA) certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current
- Minimum of two years of previous Perioperative experience
- Must have experience in the surgery room (RN OR Circulator)
- On-call required
- Certified Nurse OR (CNOR) Certification (AORN) preferred
