Requirements
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum 2-3 years clinical experience in long-term care or subacute rehabilitation
- Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Familiarity with CMS regulations, MDS process, and DPH survey standards
- Strong leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Ability to stand, walk, and move intermittently during shifts
